DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK

  • Orders between 0-2kg

    • Standard UK Delivery: £2.95 per order. Delivery typically within 2-3 days.
    • Express Courier Delivery: £6.95 per order(order before 1pm). Delivery within 1-2 days.

    Orders between 2-5kg

    • Standard UK Delivery: £6.95 per order. Delivery typically within 2-3 days.
    • Express Courier Delivery: £8.95 per order(order before 1pm). Delivery within 1-2 days.


    Orders between 5-10kg

    • Standard UK Delivery: £7.95 per order. Delivery typically within 2-3 days.
    • Express Courier Delivery: £9.95 per order(order before 1pm). Delivery within 1-2 days.

DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for late delivery of any goods due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
  • Any other causes beyond our reasonable control

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • In the event that Your order is damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours of receipt  via email to elke@bake-me.co.uk
  • If the exterior packaging or the products are found to be damaged, You must then sign "checked and found to be damaged".
  • If the products inside the package are damaged, please email us photographic evidence of the damaged items. We will replace any items that are damaged in transit as quickly as possible and if this timing does not meet your requirements, we may issue a refund.

  • If for any reason You are not entirely satisfied with any product that You have purchased from Us, because you feel they are either damaged or faulty, You may return it to Us, at Your expense, within 7 days from the date of dispatch.Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been consumed other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product You are not happy with We will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage or alternatively we will exchange the item for you.If Your returned product is not in the original packaging or consumed more than was reasonable to establish the quality of product, We reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss. We are unable to process returns or refunds on items that are just unsuitable or unwanted.
